Belt fracture accident: Due to long-term high-strength operation, improper maintenance, or quality issues of the belt, it may cause fatigue fracture of the belt. Once broken, the belt transportation system will be paralyzed, coal transportation will be hindered, and even more serious accidents such as coal stacking and roof caving may occur.

Belt slippage accident: Belt slippage is mainly caused by insufficient friction between the belt and the driving drum. Slipping accidents may lead to increased belt wear, motor overload, and in severe cases, even fire hazards.

Belt deviation accident: Belt deviation is one of the common faults, mainly caused by improper installation, maintenance, or external force, resulting in the belt deviating from the normal operating track. A deviation accident may cause problems such as belt tearing and scraping of the bracket, and in severe cases, it may cause personal injury.
